In the near future, Major is the first of her kind: A human saved from a terrible crash, who is cyber-enhanced to be a perfect soldier devoted to stopping the world's most dangerous criminals.

My first thought was like ‘damn son, these graphics and sound’. I did not care about long queue of popcorn cravers here in cinema at city of Kaunas, I was in rush because I wanted to watch this movie Ghost In The Shell.

I leave my real world thoughts and drama blanket back in house when I go to watch a science fiction, let’s cut the crap very quickly. Well I don’t know the real Ghost in the Shell story maybe it’s same but maybe it’s different, the truth is that I don’t care, I need some entertainment and that’s why I go to cinema and if something does not fit your mind then you should not wear it. I love Japanese anime and plus they introduce some really bizarre ideas in media, so I knew the root is Japanese artist’s weird imagination and that’s what I like, the thrill of exploring an artist wired mindset.

I found it hilarious when I came to know that Scarlet Johansson used to be an Asian girl before transformation to a cyborg, huh? :) how we approach a ‘perfect human’ when we become the creators that’s what is hilarious and it can apply to today’s world too. Well my GTAV first created character was a white girl and then I created an Asian looking girl and finally to a guy to play the game, I created his features by being inspired of a character from a King of Fighters game. Well some people in this world stand up when things are not shown the way they wanted to see but they forget the essence of entertainment comes from freedom of expression for an artist and this movie was not only mind blowing but it gave me a great shake with sound, the kind I get in Ibiza. It was so much I visualise when I make my music or think about producing a sci-fi one day.

Previously Oblivion 2013 was one of my favorite sci-fi and I loved Nolan’s Interstellar 2014. Well that’s it, go and watch this movie I give it solid 9/10 😉 I could give more if they casted a bit more cooler actress than beautiful Scarlet Johansson. I think there were some good alternatives but she did a good job.

By the way the ‘super hero’ type entrance scene was killer but I think CGI and VFX team were suppose to work together to make a better flow. Still I loved the ending of it.

I think this was one of my favourite villain turns to rebel character…Michael Pitt looked perfect for the character. Effect chain on vocals were making me super happy too.
